Cleveley Road Flats
When our developer clients bought this three bedroomed end terrace house in west London, it was in need on renovation. An options appraisal was carried out to look at the optimal return on investment and the decision was taken to convert the house in to two flats with shared garden space front and back.
Both accessed through the front door so that the original appearance of the house is unchanged, the ground floor flat has two bedrooms, an open plan kitchen lounge dining room by means of a modest extension to the rear of the house. The second flat has three bedrooms and occupies the first floor and loft conversion above.
The result is a good example of modest investment through careful design on a budget. Both flats quickly sold.
