The past is knowable but unchangeable, the future is unknowable but changeable. We must therefore know the past to inform change in the future. This continuity between the past and future informs my personal approach to architecture.
My work at Leap Architects aims to combine the ‘material and social’ in order to create places to which people belong, empowering communities to take ownership over their immediate physical and social context.
As a recently qualified Architect, I believe these two ideas underpin the best architectural stage-set for human community life.
